I take great pride in every step of the fabrication process for my designs. Here is some information and production guidelines to better assist you with the satisfaction of your online purchase

Production

All jewelry sold in this store is handmade by the artist. Each piece of Sea Glass & Sea Shell used is hand collected in the Hawaiian Islands unless otherwise stated. Only the finest shapes, textures & color grades are used. The utmost integrity is placed into the craftsmanship of every single detail for creating each design. All gemstones, fine sterling silver (Argentium 960) & findings are of exceptional quality. All jewelry is professionally polished & will be delivered with the highest standards of finishing

* Please note that each designed piece is unique in shape, size & color and may vary slightly from the image provided, due to the Handmade process & originality of the Sea Glass being used

* This online store features 1 item from each of my design categories. A full array of my seasonal collections are available for purchase at my retail locations. If you are inquiring about a design that was featured in a store location but that is not currently available online, please contact me through the Contact tab listed. I am happy to recreate any design exclusively for you

All orders are properly box packed and sent by USPS Priority Mail with Insurance & Tracking

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Repairs

Please contact me if repairs are needed. My minimum charge for all repairs is $30 & additional charges are determined by the extent of the repair needed. I do not replace lost jewelry, jewelry components or jewelry that has been damaged due to mistreatment

Caring For Your Jewelry

Store your jewelry in the provided soft pouch or a sealed container to inhibit tarnishing. Do not use harsh chemicals on your jewelry such as Dip or other cleaners. Such cleaners will strip the natural luster from Shells or Pearls and can damage Gemstones. Always wear your jewelry with care

Gift Wrap

I am happy to Gift Wrap your purchase. Every item sold is delivered in a protective soft pouch with an inserted piece of Anti Tarnish strip & Authenticity card. Gift Wrap purchases will be sent in a natural linen textured box tied with hand dyed silk ribbon. Please specify & indicate Gift Wrap at check out if you wish to do so
